Inhabitated museum: we make commensality

Public infrastructures linked to food and the primary sector play a fundamental role in metropolitan areas, and are currently facing a gentrification processes.

“We make commensality” wants to come cross landscape, culture, food and institutions to open a dialogue in the city about the relationships that food systems go through in urban environments. The project includes a program of activities that is part of the “Inhabited Museum” project (Department of Culture of the Government of Catalonia) to prefigure food systems and the cultures that accompany them adjusted to the challenges of the fair ecosocial transition.
