Reviu, reviews of homes

REVIU is a platform to share and look for reviews of homes. An online portal with information about the apartments, the community and the area, as well as the treatment received by the landlord and the real estate agent. The website also includes other useful resources, such as advices and information on renting a home.

When looking for a home, we are in the dark, since we only have the information of the ads we can find in the existing platforms. Unlike what happens with other goods and services, with housing there is enormous opacity because users have no voice.

With this project, we want to promote transparency and accountability in access to housing, overcoming the information asymmetry that currently characterizes the housing market. It’s about changing the game rules.
