Food Systems: agriculture, sustainability and justice
International study abroad program, where the dynamics of the global food system are studied, from the field to the kitchen, exploring how to achieve sustainability and social change, particularly in cities, which play a decisive role.
The objective is to explain the relationships between individual actions and structural factors, as well as the relationship between broader policies, institutions and political movements (agricultural, labor, social and others) that influence food systems.
